Refund Policy

Replacement of items or products is only done in some sort of terms and conditions and also if they are find with any defect or damaged. If you still need to exchange it for the same then you can send us an email at info@itboulevard.com

Our refunding policy has the deadline of 30 days. If 30 days already goes by the time limit of your purchase, woefully we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To prove yourself fitted or legible for a return, the item must not be used and should be in same condition as it was before the time you received it. It only contains original.

There are several types of goods which do not come to our return policy. Prescribed goods such as food, flowers, or other items like newspapers, or magazines are returnable. Some Products cannot be returned and are not accepted by us that may include the cherished goods such as hazardous materials, or flammable or sanitary products.

An additional non-returnable item includes:

  • Health and personal care products.
  • Gift items.
  • Down able like software accessories.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • CD, VHS tape, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape that has been opened do not come under refunding policy.
  • Any product or item that had been damaged before packed and after you’re receiving comes under above category.
  • Product or item sent to you is not returned in the deadline period of 30 days.

Refunds (if Applicable)

  • When we receive your return once and monitored, an email would be sent to you will be notifying you that returned item had been received to us and We will also notify you all about the approval where as if there is any rejection of your refund. If confirm by our side and approved, then your refund will be processed further, and a credit payment will be applied to your master card or by original method of payment, instinctual, in some couple of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you feel of not receiving a refund yet, firstly make sure that you had checked your bank account once and again. Then contact your credit card company, sometimes it takes some time before your refund is endorsed by post. Then next, contact your bank. Often it takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you ve already gone from all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@itboulevard.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Just items tagged with regular price is refundable nor the sale ones
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@itboulevard.com and send your item to : Punjab, India.

Gift:

  • During the purchase of your item if the item was marked with a tag of the gift and it is directly shipped to you then you thereby will be receiving a gift credit still then if you want the exchange value for this then you can contact us at :- Refund-policy .Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping:

  • If you still want to return the same product you went for , then will have to mail at : info@itboulevard.com and send your item to Punjab, India.
  • It will be your responsibility for paying for your shipping costs to get your returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you still receive a refund cost, then in that case cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund itself.
  • It depends on where you live, and how much time it may take for your exchanged product to reach to you.
